"My overall impression is that they are a an amazing training tool and worth every penny - they provide a quick and easy way to record power. They are extremely easy to install, provided you follow a few key steps. I would recommend anyone who buys a pair to read this full review first as it provides an in depth guide to installation and calibration that is much easier to follow than the Garmin instructions.

It is so important to use a proper torque wrench with the correct crow's foot adapter. I bought the park tools one (TW2) with the snap on crow's foot adapter that Ray references in the review.

They have made training sessions so much more productive (and harder!) as you know exactly how hard you need to go to be pushing at threhold, v02 max etc. Probably the best thing about them is they are much easier to intall then a crank based system for your everyday cyclist. You can move them from bike to bike in about 15-20 minutes.

Overall - a great product they I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a power meter.
