Artworker

Cyclestore are looking to recruit an Artworker to create consistent website creative, email campaigns and ads.

We’re looking for somebody that is enthusiastic about cycling and has extremely good attention to detail.

US

Born out of an independent cycle shop in Congleton, Cyclestore has grown to become a £multi-million online retailer of over 25,000 product ranges, shipping orders globally.

After re-evaluating our marketing last year, 2016 was a record year for Cyclestore, with 2017 forecast to be even bigger.

We’re now looking for somebody to ensure that we are producing original content on our website and in social media channels.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for the design, production and deployment of all marketing emails.
  • Responsible for the production of all banner and creative for our media campaigns, such as display.
  • Responsible for website assets such as hero shots and landing pages.
  • Responsible for the visual quality of Cyclestore’s digital estate.
  • Brand guardian.

YOU

  • A university graduate.
  • You’ll have strong attention to detail.
  • You’ll have good Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • A basic ability to use HTML.
  • You’ll have a strong interest in cycling with a willingness to learn more.
  • You’ll be organised, resourceful and able to work efficiently both alone and as part of the team.

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY

We are continually entering new geographic markets and increasing our investment in these countries.  As this grows further, there will be an opportunity to support the team with multi-lingual content and strategies.

There will also be an opportunity to support the rebrand of Cyclestore in the coming months and elaborate on the guidelines produced by third party suppliers.

LOCATION

The role is based at the warehouse/offices in Congleton.

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 21 holidays per annum (+ bank holidays)

Content Administrator

Cyclestore are looking to recruit a Content Administrator to create original website and social content. 

We’re looking for somebody that is enthusiastic about cycling, has good attention to detail and a good grasp of the English language.

We’re now looking for somebody to ensure that we are producing original content on our website and in social media channels.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for ensuring all new products are listed on the website with original copy and good photography. Where photography isn’t supplied by the brand or the supplied photography isn’t up to standard, expected to take new shots in the studio at our offices.
  • Expected to contribute to the planning of email campaigns and any content requirements, such as copy or images for the email or landing pages.
  • Responsible for CycleStore social channels, creating new and original content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the blog by having access to products and events. Also responsible for managing the community perspective too, responding to any comments/queries or messages received. 

YOU

  • A university graduate.
  • You’ll have strong attention to detail and good writing skills.
  • You’ll have basic Photoshop skills – cropping photos and generating cut-outs.
  • You’ll have a strong interest in cycling with a willingness to learn more.
  • You’ll be organised, resourceful and able to work efficiently both alone and as part of the team.

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY
