Please note that some areas of the UK (Highlands, Islands, and other remote postcodes) may carry a courier surcharge for larger orders. This typically ranges from £10–£25 depending on location. We will always contact you before applying any additional charge.
Lead Times & Shipping Estimates
As we source products from a wide range of suppliers, lead times can vary considerably between items. The delivery timeframes shown above apply from the point of dispatch — not from the point of ordering.
For the most accurate shipping estimate for a specific product, please check:

- Your shopping cart
- Your order confirmation / thank you page
We may dispatch items in separate consignments where they come from different suppliers. No additional delivery charge will be applied in this case.
Bikes
Bikes are checked and set up before leaving us. Please note that most bikes will require assembly of the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost on arrival. You will receive tracking details on the evening your order leaves us.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is home, a card will be left and you can collect from your local depot or arrange a redelivery. After two failed delivery attempts the package will be returned to us and a redelivery charge may apply.
Lost Parcels
Parcels are not considered lost until 14 working days have passed from dispatch. We cannot raise a claim with the carrier until this time has elapsed. Once a claim is accepted we will refund or resend your order as quickly as possible.
