"I bought the mio fuse in order to keep track of my daily activity as well as how I perform in my eleven a side football matches. The flashing led for my heart rate is excellent what I didn't expect was the quality of the sleep tracking. I can now work out the causes of a poor nights sleep and so change things. Also being waterproof I do not need to worry if it gets wet or even soaked. It has exceeded all my expectations and is without a doubt worth every penny I spent."

"Product update now summers here and the riding gets a bit more serious. Started using the Heart Rate feature to link in with my Garmin 510 for optimal feedback. Works a load better than a chest belt, fast set up via blutooth and they remember each other as soon as you go near the bike, even works when the garmins in my rucksack for muddy mtb outings! Still really impressed six months later."

"Great little accessory for day to day fitness use. Found myself taking the long way way round to the shops to hit my targets (adjustable). The app is requires very little setting up just a little info about yourself and your off, the sync is seamless for the upload via blutooth. Operating the band is really simple to start and end activities too. Really surprised how many miles I cover in the space of a week at work. Steps, pace, distance, target progress, heart rate and calories burned.(did I miss any?) According to Mio's site it's Ant+ and will work as a heart rate with Garmin 510 so bye bye annoying heart rate straps that I've always struggled with over the years. All in all it maybe my best purchase of 2015 already. "
