The new Mavic E-Speedcity celebrates Mavics comeback into the world of commuter bikes after designing fenders in the early days of the company.

The wheels are built strong and durable.
The 32 solid j-bent spokes coupled with high flange hubs enable a maximum load capacity of 180kg (25% higher than the usual Mavic road wheels) to take
into consideration the extra weight and loads involved by daily commutes.
Our e-mtb proven freewheel mecanism with automatic bearing preload perfectly handles the most powerfull ebike motors (up to 120Nm motor torque). Their smoothness saves effort from both the motor and the rider.
Our years of experience in wheelbuilding are a guarantee for a stable built over long mileage, so you dont lose any time in the workshop.
Because we all care about our environment and aim at reducing our carbon footprint, the aluminum alloy used to produce those rims is made of 90% of recycled aluminum. Also, those wheels are handbuilt in Europe, with components 100% sourced from Europe.
This 650B version will be perfect for the newest SUV type of bicycle : the 30mm internal rim width fits tyres up to 76mm/3.0 and integrates our unique Pinch Flat Protection upper rim wall shape to reduce risks of flats by 20% when rolling over obstacles, curbs, potholes and eveyrthing the city will throw at you.
Last but not least, we care about your safety and that of your bikes. Those wheels are discreet so as to not arouse covetousness, but their black reflective stickers glow at night to keep you visible in the traffic.
They are eligible to our Mavic Care program, which includes a free 3rd year of warranty, a crash replacement policy and the availability of spare parts for over 5 years.
