Shipping policy

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch in-stock goods within 2–5 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. We may deliver an order in several consignments at no extra delivery charge.

Delivery services
The courier used depends on the size, weight and value of your order. Large items such as bikes are sent on specialist services and can take slightly longer — we will keep you updated.

Restricted items
Certain pressurised or flammable products (for example CO2 cartridges and aerosols) cannot be sent by post and are available for store collection only.

Delivery outside the UK
For delivery outside the UK mainland, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and cost.

Missing parcels
Parcels are not considered lost until 14 working days after dispatch — see our Terms of Service for how claims are handled. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact sales@cyclestore.co.uk and we will chase it for you.
