Mavic Ceramic: a premium material, premium performance
- With high-end ceramic bearings, Mavic pushes watts optimisation to the next level. Naturally smoother and more durable, ceramic bearings, combined with low-density grease and ultra-low-friction seals, deliver faster, more efficient rotation ride after ride. Paired with the fast-engaging ID360 freewheel system, every input is translated instantly into forward motion. This technology maximises every watt you put in. The result: an exceptionally smooth ride feeling, enhanced durability, and consistent performance even in the most demanding conditions.
Aero Wide Rim: Unrivalled combination of speed, control and comfort
- Mavic's wider rims ensure a seamless transition between the rim and the tyre, reducing micro-turbulence
- Rolling resistance is significantly reduced, resulting in improved handling in crosswinds and a smoother, faster ride, even on rough terrain, thanks to a wider, shorter footprint and lower tyre pressure.
FORE: More rigidity and a sealed system for Tubeless
- The rim's upper bridge is threaded to receive the spokes directly at the correct angle. This provides a rigid connection, prevents spoke movement (reducing breakage), and ensures a 100% airtight upper bridge for easy tubeless setup.
