Medical grade elastomer, as used in prosthetics, protects key pressure zones and dissipates pressure more effectively than foam or traditional PU gels, safeguarding skin and underlying soft tissue. Applied in liquid form and combined with Endura’s continuous variable profile pads, it creates a seamless interface between elastomer and foam for game changing comfort.
