Designed with brushed fabric and water repellent treatment, this full-length leg warmer keeps you warm and dry in cool, wet weather.
The inside has a brushed material for maximum warmth, and the outside is treated with Teflon to repel water on rainy days. They are made to fit perfectly with Cosmic Thermo bib shorts, and have reflective details for added visibility in low-light conditions.
