It’s hydration for when you’re thirsty and need electrolytes a touch of real fruit flavor and nothing more.

How to Use:
Start with adding one packet to 12-16 fl oz (355–500 mL) of water and shake. Use when you want electrolytes and a touch of real fruit for flavor but nothing more.
