The C13 chain is a vital element of the Ekar GT mechanical groupset; along with providing efficient transmission, in gravel riding the chain must work perfectly to help smooth quick shifting, always guaranteeing maximum security. It must also be strong and durable and the Ekar GT C13 chain delivers impressively on all fronts.
The C13 chain partners effectively with the special profile tooth design of the Ekar GT 1x13-speed crankset chainring and sprockets for safe, efficient, smooth transmission. Despite its narrow profile, the C13 chain is very strong. Its C60 steel inner links with nickel-Teflon surface treatment resist the greater wear and tear they are subjected to on gravel trails.
The Ekar GT C13 chain comes with two fastening options: the classic Campagnolo pin or the new C-Link for even easier removal and cleaning. These two versions have been designed to deliver the versatility needed to meet the different requirements of any kind of gravel riding, worldwide. Whether you’re a pure gravel rider, take part in long-distance endurance races or choose to enjoy an all-road experience, both versions allow you to enjoy the same resistance and efficiency thanks to the use of the same materials and processes.
