Giant Bike Size Guide
Giant Bike Size Guide
Giant uses letter sizing (XS through XL) for most of their bikes. Unlike some brands that use frame measurements in centimetres, Giant's sizing is designed to make it straightforward to find your fit based on your height. This guide covers Giant road, mountain, hybrid, and electric bike sizing.

Liv (Women's) Sizing
Liv is Giant's women-specific brand. Liv bikes use the same XS–L sizing system but with adjusted frame geometry, shorter reach, and proportions designed for women's body dimensions. Use the same height ranges as the equivalent Giant category above, but note that Liv frames typically run XS through L (no XL).
Between Two Sizes?
- Size down for a sportier, more responsive ride
- Size up for a more relaxed, comfortable position
- If you have longer legs relative to your height, the larger frame may suit you better
- If you have a longer torso, you may prefer the smaller frame with a longer stem
