The Accessories Credit — Offer Terms

  1. When you purchase a qualifying bike (identified on its product page), a discount equal to the value of the accompanying items in your order — up to 10% of the qualifying bike's price — is applied automatically at checkout. The discount applies to the accompanying items, not to the bike itself.
  2. One allowance per qualifying bike; where an order contains more than one qualifying bike, allowances combine. The allowance applies to items in the same order, including sale items. It cannot be applied to gift cards, other bikes or delivery charges, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with loyalty pricing or order-level discount codes — where more than one offer applies, you automatically receive the greater benefit.
  3. If the accompanying items total less than the allowance, the discount equals their total. The allowance cannot be carried over, applied retrospectively, or exchanged for cash.
  4. The discount is conditional on keeping the qualifying bike. If the bike is returned (other than as faulty), you may return the discounted accompanying items with it for a full refund; otherwise the discount amount will be deducted from the bike refund. Accompanying items returned alone are refunded at the price actually paid. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  5. Qualifying bikes, the allowance percentage and this offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
