Returns and Refunds

 We understand not everybody has access to a printer - If you're unable to print the returns form, please handwrite a note detailing your order number and the action you would like taken (refund/exchange/replacement) - Please just ensure you ship it to the returns address, that is located at the bottom of the returns form.

At CycleStore, we want your returns process to be as easy as possible.

We are happy to offer a 12 month returns policy valid from the day of delivery!

We are aware that people will buy a bargain, out of season product, and not use it for a few months, or buy a gift for somebody, that doesn't get opened for a month or two.

So if you buy a bargain light-set, or a thermal jersey in the summer months and don't get it out of the drawer until mid-winter, you may find you want something different, so, just return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that the products are sent back to us, in the original packaging and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.

If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us and as long as the item hasn’t been fitted or used, we are happy to receive it back for a refund.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 72 hours. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods within 1 - 2 working days after we received the items. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch by emailing [email protected].

The customer will cover the cost of the return postage unless, the item is being returned is as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), in which case we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs within 1 - 2 working days after we received the items back.

If you are returning a bike to us for any reason please contact us first at [email protected]. You will need to package the bike as it was received in the original box and you must arrange a courier at your own expense to deliver the item to our warehouse. I've been sent the wrong item - what do I do?

Don't worry - we'll put things right. If we sent you something you didn't order, you need to notify us within seven working days. Return the item within 365 days unused and in its original packaging and we can either get the right item sent or provide a full refund, including the return postage cost within 7 days. Can I exchange items?

We are happy to offer a 12 month exchange policy valid from the day of delivery. If your purchase isn't everything you expected it to be (sizing, colour etc) and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a new order for the item you want and return the old one to us for a full refund, which we will process within 7 days. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order via email or telephone. Our email address is: [email protected] or you can contact us on +44(0)1260 275554 as soon as possible. If the order has been shipped, then you will need to arrange a return. Please contact [email protected]. Your account will be credited once the products arrive back at Cyclestore.

How do I return a product under warranty, and what is your warranty policy?

Warranty period differs from brand to brand but all items have a minimum of 12 months warranty. Please contact [email protected] before returning warranty items, our team can sometimes solve some problems, preventing unnecessary delays. Clothing and gloves returned for warranty must be laundered. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault.

Please note that proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. If you return something due to it being delivered faulty or damaged we refund the postage costs of a standard parcel postage cost once the warranty has been confirmed - please keep a copy of your receipt to send across to us. Please contact [email protected] if your return costs exceed this amount. If the item has developed a fault after use it would be your responsibly to cover the return cost.

My product has arrived faulty or damaged. What should I do?

We try our best to make sure items arrive in good condition. Unfortunately if there is any issues please inform us at [email protected] of any such problems within seven working days so we can rectify the problem.

Can I return an item from outside the UK?

Yes, you can. You can return any unwanted item within 365 days of receipt for a full refund. You will need to pay for postage back to us. If any Sales Tax/Duties that were paid to local authorities, they would need to claimed back from the local authorises, unfortunately as they weren’t paid to us, we aren’t able to refund them. How will I be refunded?

Can I return a bike?

Returning a bike has greater challenges than other items, If you have any questions such as sizing/colour please contact us and we will do our best to offer any help we can to ensure you make the right choice before purchasing. What can't I return?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of facemasks and perishable goods such as energy food, drinks and supplements. If you have any questions before purchasing any of these items, please call us on +44(0)1260 275554 or email [email protected].

Can you dispose of my used electrical equipment?

When you purchase your new light, computer, camera, heart rate monitor or sports watch you can post your old one back to us. Customers must return their WEEE item to Cyclestore within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Please send the item, clearly marked as 'WEEE' to:
