Redesigned for lighter weight and more efficient power transfer.

Ergonomically designed & scientifically tested BodyGeometry footbeds were co-developed with Andy Pruitt Director of the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine to customize fit and measurably improve performance.

> Body Geometry footbeds provide longitudinal arch & metatarsal support for a custom fit

> By standing on the Specialized Arch-O-Meter a rider can determine the optimum level of foot
contour:

+ Red = minimal contours for riders that prefer minimal support and flat arches

++ Blue = moderate (slightly higher longitudinal arch & metatarsal button) = for people with flat to standard arch

+++ Green = significant support = for people with standard or high arches

> Body Geometry shim and wedges sold separately

Transforms a good pair of cycling shoes into a great one.

Name:
Age: 25-34
Style:  Time Trials

Gender: male

 Yes, I recommend this product

Pros: Comfortable, Good Fitting, High Quality

"Far superior to factory insoles on most other brands of shoe. Make sure you visit the store to have your feet measured. I initially went for the green one, but after trying once, felt the blue one would a better fit. May be thicker than stock insoles so be careful if you have a tight-fitting pair of shoes; they might be too thick for them! Great service from Cyclestore, no quibble returning the green one and free shipping on the return blue one. Many thanks!"

"Specialised shoe inserts fit well into my cycling shoes but you need to have a foot fit before you buy. One down fall from the company is that it appears to take two days to process the order before it is posted total time about 5 days for delivery."

Helped my numb/hot feet

Name:
Age: 45-54
Style:  Road Cyclist
Experience New Rider
Gender: male

 Yes, I recommend this product

Pros: Comfortable

"I bought this footbed to help with an aching 'hot' spot and numbness on the ball of my left foot. This comes on typically after an hour or so of riding and is worse when climbing (greater pressure exerted). The footbed has helped bring some relief. I do still get some pins and needles but its definitely less uncomfortable than before. There is an integrated metatarsal pad that I think is releasing pressure on nerves in that area of my foot (by gently splaying the metatarsals). Have done a hilly 50k with no real issues whereas the soreness was getting me down before. Have to see how this works over the longer term and as distances increase, but if you have similar issues I think it is worth trying this for £20 or so, as well as other fixes such as moving cleats backward on your shoes."
