"I will keep this short and sweet guys (No Drama, Just Facts)….I am a Cyclist of 6/7 years that rides 150-250km p/w. I always have a professional bike fit and i have cycled around 50km today on this new bike. (Same tomorrow) Positives. Frame quality = Outstanding (Specialized always are). The welds are smooth and the chunky frame looks great. The bike is quite heavy, but as a commuting bicycle i wanted an entire alloy set up, I use a carbon rig for racing. Brakes = Very Sharp. I am sure they will settle down with the mileage. Delivery Time = 6 Days Appearance = Outstanding. THATS IT FOLKS Sorry……. Negatives. Seat = Awfully uncomfortable and I replaced it the same day at the shop. Claris Gearing = Smooth as babies bum going up, bag of bolts going down. Arrived Scratched = This doesn't bother me as all bikes acquire minor damage. Pedals = Poor bearings, i will put my old ones on. (This costs you effort) Rear wheel bearing = Not great at all, I will change it. (This costs you effort) No Bike Tool included = Not an issue to me as i have a comprehensive tool kit. Still not a bad bike but expect to spend a few hundred quid to make it an outstanding machine…… One suggestion, i wish i did…… Buy the Allez Sport or Elite then you get the quality in the first place."
