How to measure: place a soft tape between your thumb and index finger and wrap it around the back of your hand over the knuckles, then clench your hand and take the measurement. For hand length, measure from the top of the middle finger to the bottom of your palm.

Bicep: sit at a table, rest your arm on it and make a fist, curl your forearm toward your shoulder, and measure over the widest point of your biceps. Thigh: stand with legs straight and measure around the thickest part of your upper thigh, right under the buttocks.
How to Measure

Chest: wrap a soft measuring tape around your chest, horizontal to the ground, just under your armpits and across the widest part of your chest. Don't stick your chest out or exhale — stand normally. The tape should fit snugly without digging in.

Waist: measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape horizontal, breathing normally, without the tape digging in.

Hips: with your feet together, measure around the widest point of your hips.

Leg length (inseam): stand straight with legs slightly open, place the top of the tape on your inner thigh as close to the crotch as possible, and measure down to the bottom of your ankle.

Tip: ask someone to read the measurement for you, or measure in front of a mirror. No tape measure? Use a piece of string and measure the string.
