We all remember our first mountain bike. For many of us it was a bike like the Lana’i. Affordable enough not to feel too risky but stocked with components that give you the freedom to explore off-road. The Lana’i features integrated Shimano shifters and brake levers to streamline the cockpit and is now available in three wheel sizes: 26 for size XS 27.5 for S and M and 29 for L and XL. With a Shimano drivetrain Tektro disc brakes and a 100mm travel fork the Lana’i is the perfect way to dip your toes in the dirt.

Yes, I recommend this product
Pros: Attractive, Well Built, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fitting, High Quality, Versatile Cons: Limited Features
"A well constructed bike that rides very well. Tyres are very grippy and despite the brakes being mechanical rather than hydraulic I found them to be very responsive. My one small niggle is the coil spring forks. When the front wheel leaves the ground you can hear and feel the forks drop to their full extent. However, for the price tag and for hitting the trails as a leisure activity you can't go wrong. Took it around Ashton Courts Nova and Supernova trails with no issues and felt fresher at the end than when on a Merida Big Nine."
