Endura Competition Terms and Conditions
Competition is open to adults aged 18 years and over.
Anyone who purchases an Endura product from Cyclestore during the competition period will be automatically entered.
You must use a valid email address when purchasing to enter the competition.
Competition starts 07/02/2017 and ends 07/03/2017 - Endura purchases after the end date do not constitute an entry and will not be accepted.
Your details will not be sold or given to, or used by any third party.
Your email address may be used by cyclestore.co.uk for marketing purposes if the appropriate checkbox is left unchecked during the registration and/or checkout process. Marketing preferences for existing accounts will be honoured.
One entry per person - multiple entries will be counted as one.
Competition excludes employees and immediate families of cyclestore.co.uk, its agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this competition.
No entires from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
No responsibility can be taken for entries lost or delayed by computer transmission error.
TWO winners will be selected at random and notified via email.
The first winner will be excluded from the second random selection - entrants cannot win twice.
Winners are each entitled to select up to £300 worth of Endura products AT FULL RETAIL PRICE as indicated, from Cyclestore.co.uk, free of charge.
Only Endura products listed on Cyclestore.co.uk can be chosen. If a product is unavailable, the winner may select an alternative. A cash alternative cannot, and will not be offered.
Unredeemed prize value will not be refunded.
An additional postage charge may be applied depending on geographical location, at the discretion of cyclestore.co.uk. We will contact you if this is the case. No charges will be made without your permission. Any additional postage charge cannot be deducted from the prize value.
Cyclestore.co.uk reserves the right to select alternative winners, as a result of reasonable efforts to contact the original winners being unsuccessful.
The winners agree to not to sell, offer to sell or use the prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prize on an internet auction site).
The decision of cyclestore.co.uk in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
