"I was a fan of the Hi5 energy gels before I was handed one of these during a cycle event and I am now converted. These gels are much thicker than usual which some people find odd at first but I think it makes them feel more substantial. It also means you don't end up with gel down your leg/chin/arm when taking them on the go.
I've only tried the citrus ones but they taste yummy with no underlying tones of caffeine to be tasted. The packets are also smaller than the Hi5 ones and have a handy litter leash to stop you inadvertently littering the countryside"
