Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of this page to retain the Terms and Conditions for your records. All further rules and/or instructions (including without limitation entry instructions) set out for the #ITSMYTOUR competition also form a part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the Specialized, their immediate families or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
Only one entry per person. No automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries are permitted.
The opening date for receipt of entries is 25th June 2014 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 31st July 2014
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, invalid, altered or illegible entries or which fail to be properly submitted. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
The winner of the competition will be chosen by Specialized UK by no later than 4th August 2014. The winner will be notified by email.
The prize must be claimed by the winners by 8th August 2014 in the manner specified in the notice. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by 8th August 2014 an alternative winner will be chosen.
The prize is one of the Specialized bikes that were ridden in the 2014 Tour de France, final bike to be chosen by the promoter, and flights and accommodation for a visit to California to collect the prize from the Specialized World Headquarters. Return shipment of the bike will be covered by the promoter.
The prize it non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances.
Entry to the competition can only be made by visiting a Specialized dealer in the UK and requesting that a member of staff registers an entry.
Competition only open to UK residents.
Specialized UK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The names of winner(s) will be available by sending an SAE to Heritage Competition, 29 Barwell Business Park, Leatherhead Road, Chessington, Surrey KT9 2NY after the notification date.
