Postage Costs
At Cyclestore we want to make the delivery as simple as possible. Delivery can be made ‘over complicated’ with several expensive options. We try to keep our services as cheap and fast along with simple as possible. The chart below shows the delivery method when we ship the order.

UK Mainland

Please note that some areas within the UK (highlands and Islands ETC) do carry a surcharge if sent via a courier (larger orders over £60) This can range from £10-£25 depending on the location. We will contact you to inform you if this is the case. No charges will be made without your permission.

We aim dispatch your order within 4 working days at the latest (excluding weekends and bank holidays), however most orders do leave within 1-2 working days. Items in stock will usually leave the same day.

If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have the item within three working days.
Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
You will receive an email to let you know when your order has left our premises. The delivery information above is from the time of despatch not from the time of ordering.

If no one is home when smaller items are sent with either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Royal Mail special delivery depending on value, a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.

Bikes are sent by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery. You will receive details of the delivery on the evening it leaves us and your order will be traceable online the following morning.

Bikes are all checked and set up before leaving, please note bikes are shipped in the manufactors box for environmental reasons. Most bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.

Someone needs to sign for the package upon delivery. The courier will attempt 2 deliveries or the customer can arrange for delivery with the courier for more convenient day.

After 2 attempts the package will be returned to us and you may be subject to a charge for redelivery.

If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process. Please note we cannot arrange deliveries for specific time’s only days.

Stock Levels.
Our stock levels are enormous, but due to the huge range of products available it’s inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in most cases we can order extra stock in 1-2 days, however some items may take a little longer, if your order is going to be delayed more than 5 working days we will be in touch to let you know.

International Shipping
All International orders (except France and Ireland) are now shipped using Parcel Force couriers.

Items marked with the Cheap French and Ireland Delivery icon are available for 3€. They will be shipped with Royal Mail International and should usually take around 3-7 working days to arrive on an non-signed service. Please note these orders do not have a tracking number.

Any items without the icon with be charged at Courier rate. If the order has several items and is above £60, you maybe required to place two or more orders to split the value.

Should the postage cost for your order exceed that quoted we reserve the right to quote additional postage costs, no extra charges will be made to your card without permission.

We cannot Ship any specialized bikes outside of the EU due to Specialized dealer terms and conditions
