Delivery Information

After placing your order we will despatch it as soon as possible. If your item is in stock we usually despatch orders placed within one working day.
If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have within three working days.
Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

We aim dispatch your order within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), however most orders do leave within 1-2 working days.

UK Mailand Orders less than £30 will be subject to a £3 delivery charge and shipped on a Royal Mail 1st class recorded service with a normal delivery time of 1-3 working days.

UK Mainland Orders between £30 and £60 will be shipped free of charge on a Royal Mail 1st Class recorded service with a normal delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Orders over £60 are sent free delivery either on a Parcel force 24 hour service or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (dependant on weight and size).

Large orders are shipped on a 48hr delivery service with Parcel Force. Some larger/heavier orders will incure a postage surcharge up to £8.

The delivery information above is from the time of despatch not from the time of ordering.

If you have any special requirements regarding your order please make a note in the comments box of the ordering process. Please note we cannot arrange deliveries for specific times only days.

If no one is home when smaller items are sent with either Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Royal Mail special delivery depending on value,  a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a redelivery.

Bikes are sent by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery. You will receive details of the delivery on the evening it leaves us and your order will be traceable online the following morning.

Again someone needs to sign for the package upon delivery. The courier will attempt to deliver 2 times and deliveries can be arranged with them for more convenient days.
After 2 attempts the package will be returned to us and you may be subject to a charge for redelivery.

Our Shop is open Monday to Friday 9am- 6pm and Saturday 9am- 5pm.

Stock Levels.
Our stock levels are enormous, but due to the huge range of products available it’s inevitable some items will be temporarily out of stock, in this case you will be contacted via email if the delay is likely to exceed 7 working days.

Please note that we cannot ship any Specialized bikes outside of the UK, please contact the Specialzied distributor in your country.Any other brands aren't a problem
